To Nashville Mind and Body studio:
Coming from I 40/ Downtown Nashville:
Take 65 south to Wedgewood ave (it's the first exit),
Right on Wedgewood at bottom of ramp.
Immediately get in Left hand turn lane and
take a left on 8th Ave (first light.)
Go through 3 lights;
see Sonic on your right.
Take first right after Sonic- onto Horner.
Take first right off of Horner- Deweese Ave.
Go up hill and street turns to left. We are just after the
curve- on the left- 802 Deweese Ave, Nashville,TN 37204
Pull into drive and come to side entrance.
Welcome!!!

Coming from I 40/I 65:
get off at Charlotte Ave or Church Street/Charlotte Ave
in downtown Nashville. Note: Coming up from south of Nashville,
you will have to go a block+ before turning left onto Charlotte.
Coming from the north, you will be dumped onto Charlotte
at the end of the ramp.
Once you reach Charlotte Ave, go West on Charlotte tile
you reach 26th Ave, take a right and look for the Quaker
(Friends) Meeting house on the left. The meetinghouse is
on the west side of 26th Avenue North just 2 blocks north
of Charlotte Avenue. We are on the Southwest corner at the
intersection of 26th Avenue North and Torbett Street.

Nashville Integrated Medicine:
Coming from the freeway:
take I 65 N or S , exit Armory Dr. , stay right and follow
Powell Ave which will loop you around and you will come
up with Home Depot on the left and 100 Oaks on your right
, turn Left at the intersection of Thompson Ln. (by Wendy's),
take your next right (at the next light ) onto West Iris
Dr (by Jersey Mikes), take your first left onto Berry Hill
Dr and NIM is down the street on the left. We are in the
first of their two houses- 2933 Berry Hill Dr. Nashville
Integrated Medicine is in 2 houses. We will be in the first
one you come to. There is parking in the back as well as
the front.
If coming from Woodmont:
Coming from Green hills: Take Woodmont towards 100 Oaks,
after the overpass, turn left at the first traffic light
onto West Iris Drive (by the Jersey Mikes) , go not a quarter
of a block and take your first left onto Berry Hill Dr.
Nashville Integrated Medicine is on the left at 2933 Berry
Hill Dr. Nashville Integrated Medicine is in 2 houses. We
will be in the first one you come to. There is parking in
the back as well as the front.
Coming from east/Briley parkway:
take Thompson Ln., pass 100 Oaks and Bransford Ave,
Take a Right onto West Iris Dr at the bottom of the hill.
go not a quarter of a block and take a left onto Berry Hill
Dr. Nashville Integrated Medicine is on the left at 2931
Berry Hill Dr. Nashville Integrated Medicine is in 2 houses.
We will be in the first one you come to 2933. There is parking
